How can i place a order?
To place an order for your favorite item you need to:
1. Go to the page of your chosen product.
2. Check the quantity if you would like to order more than one item.
3. Click the 'ADD TO CART' button to proceed to checkout.
4. And finally select the billing method, provide shipping information, and an e-mail address to receive confirmation.
Why should i have plants around my home?
Indoor plants have been proven to improve mental health and air quality in the home. Some house plants even absorb pollutants from household items such as fire-retardant furniture. Whatever your experience of growing house plants, there are plenty to suit you. Some indoor plants barely need watering or repotting at all!
How long will my item(s) take to arrive?
How do i know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email containing the details of your order.
In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. #1234), and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.
How do i cancel a order?
You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to support@abitpotty.com requesting cancellation.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once it has been processed by our warehouse.
Therefore, we sincerely request that you only make your purchase if you are absolutely sure you want the product.
How do i change a order?
It’s important to notify us if you would like us to make a change to your order, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse, any changes to your order is no longer possible.
Please make sure you send us an email as soon as possible at support@abitpotty.com for any changes you would like to make (such as your shipping address).

What if my item is damaged?
If your item is damage on arrival please send a picture and any relevant information including your order number to support@abitpotty.com
